The Training and Education Department conducts the following courses for our employees: New Hire Orientation, and field training of EMTs, Assure and Improve the quality of care provided by our staff through rigorous Quality Assurance and Improvement Practices, and offer courses in BLS – CPR, Heartsaver CPR/First-Aid, ACLS, PAL, and many more.
